Mix 12 cup sugar, the cinnamon and 12 cup of the walnuts. Place apples in bottom of greased pie pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Sift together dry gredients. Combine egg, milk and butter; add dry ingredients, all at once and mix until smooth. Pour over apples; sprinkle with remaining walnuts. Bake at 325F for 50 inutes or until done. Serve with cinnamon topped whipped cream or ice cream.
